About Dr. Ruziev

Shavkat Ruziev, MD, is an internal medicine physician and founder of Lancaster Wellness Med Spa in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ruziev has over 15 years of experience in health care, and is experienced and passionate in aesthetics, critical care, mental health, functional medicine, weight loss, outpatient medicine, and holistic medicine.

Dr. Ruziev completed his medical degree at the Medical University of the Americas, and pursued his residency in internal medicine at Louisiana State University. He is a polyglot who can speak English, Farsi, Russian, Turkish, and Uzbek. 

At Lancaster Wellness Med Spa, Dr. Ruziev believes in an integrative approach to wellness care, combining preventive and complementary medicine, lifestyle modifications, weight loss programs, and aesthetic treatments to truly bring out the best in each of his patients.  

Dr. Ruziev has worked with local healthcare companies, such as UPMC Pinnacle, WellSpan Health, as well as Saint Luke's Health System. During the course of his career, he has gained many valuable insights along the way, and, most importantly, wonderfully formed relationships over the years.
